Know the enemy
The trail is the symptom. The nest is the problem.
Every ant on your bench is following a scent trail laid down by scouts, leading back to a nest that can hold thousands. Spray the trail and the colony simply reroutes — behind the wall, under the pavers, along the pipe penetration you can't see.
Professional ant control works on the colony, not the commuters. Using baits and transfer treatments the workers carry home, we take out the nest itself — including the queens — which is the only version of ant control that actually lasts.
Did you know?
Ants leave an invisible scent trail everywhere they walk, which is why they march in perfect lines — and why killing the ants you can see does nothing. Until the trail and the nest are treated, the colony just keeps sending replacements.

How we treat ants properly
The goal isn't a bench with no ants today — it's a colony that no longer exists.

Find the nests and trails
We track the trails back to the nests — gardens, pavers, wall cavities, roof voids — and identify the species, because different ants need different baits.
Bait the colony
Slow-acting baits the workers carry back to the nest, feeding the queens and brood. It's slower than spraying and infinitely more permanent.
Treat entry points and perimeters
External walls, weep holes, windows and doors treated to break the trails and stop the next scouting party.
Prevention advice
The small stuff matters with ants — pet bowls, bin seals, dripping taps. We'll tell you what's drawing them in at your place.

Frequently asked questions
Why do the ants come back a week after I spray?
Because the nest was never touched. Surface sprays kill the workers on the trail, but the colony holds thousands more, and the queens keep laying. Nest-targeted baiting is the difference between a quiet week and a quiet year.
The ants disappeared, then showed up in a different room. Why?
That's classic rerouting — the colony abandoned a trail that became dangerous and scouted a new one. It's actually a sign the nest is nearby and untreated, and exactly the situation colony baiting fixes.
Are ant baits safe around kids and pets?
Yes — we use eco-friendly products, and baits are placed as small, targeted placements in cracks, voids and along trails, not open piles. Your technician will show you where everything is before they leave.
How long does it take to work?
Expect ant activity to continue for a few days after baiting — that's the treatment working, as workers carry it home. Most homes see trails collapse within one to two weeks.
