Know the enemy
The infestation you can't see is in the carpet
Here's what makes fleas so frustrating: the adults biting your ankles are a tiny fraction of the problem. The real infestation is the eggs, larvae and pupae buried in carpet pile, floorboard gaps, pet bedding and shaded garden spots — quietly maturing in waves for weeks.
That's why flea bombs and pet treatments alone so often fail: they kill today's adults while tomorrow's are still safely cocooned. Breaking a flea cycle takes a treatment that reaches every life stage, everywhere they're developing — inside and out.
Did you know?
Adult fleas are only around 5% of an infestation. The other 95% — eggs, larvae and pupae — are hidden in carpets and bedding, which is why the bites come back two weeks after a flea bomb.

How we break the flea cycle
Every life stage, every area — plus your pet treatment timed right, so the cycle has nowhere left to run.

Inside: carpets and hard floor gaps
Carpets, rugs, floorboard joints, under furniture and pet sleeping areas treated with products that keep working on emerging fleas — the key to stopping the second wave.
Outside: the shaded hotspots
Fleas develop outdoors in shade — under decks, in sandy soil, along fence lines where pets and wildlife rest. We treat the yard's flea nurseries, not just the house.
Coordinated with your pet's treatment
We'll tell you exactly when to treat your pet (through your vet's product of choice) so the home, yard and animal are all covered in the same window.
The waiting game, explained honestly
Pupae are armoured against everything until they hatch — so you may see stragglers for up to two weeks after treatment. That's normal, expected, and the treatment gets them as they emerge.

Frequently asked questions
I don't even have pets — why do I have fleas?
The most common cause is moving into a property where pets used to live: the pupae wait dormant, then hatch en masse when they sense a warm body. Possums, strays and other wildlife in the yard can also seed an infestation.
Why didn't the flea bomb work?
Flea bombs mist the tops of surfaces, but larvae live deep in carpet pile and pupae are sealed in cocoons that gas doesn't penetrate. Two weeks later the next generation hatches and you're back where you started. Professional treatment uses products that keep working through those hatchings.
Is the treatment safe for my pets?
Yes — we use eco-friendly, pet-safe products, and your technician will tell you how long to keep pets off treated areas while everything dries. Coordinating with your pet's own vet-recommended flea treatment gets the best result.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
A good vacuum of carpets and pet areas before we come actually helps — it lifts the carpet pile and triggers pupae to hatch into the treatment. We'll send simple prep instructions when you book.
