Know the enemy
Sydney is world-famous for its spiders — for the wrong reasons
Most spiders around your home are harmless web-spinners that make the place look neglected. But Sydney is also home to redbacks in sheds, letterboxes and outdoor furniture, and the funnel-web — which thrives in exactly the kind of leafy, established suburbs where families live.
A professional spider treatment deals with both problems at once: the webbing spiders that keep coming back no matter how often you knock the webs down, and the ground-dwellers you'd rather never meet in a shoe. We treat eaves, fences, garden beds, sheds and all the crevices spiders call home.
Did you know?
The Sydney funnel-web is one of the world's most venomous spiders — but thanks to antivenom, there hasn't been a recorded death from one since 1981. Respect them, don't panic about them, and don't handle them.

How we treat spiders
Webbing spiders and ground-dwellers live differently, so a proper treatment targets both.

External web and harbourage treatment
Eaves, gutter lines, window frames, fences and outdoor furniture treated so webbing spiders stop rebuilding — not just knocked down to return next week.
Ground-dweller treatment
Garden beds, rockeries, sheds, subfloors and lawn edges — the places funnel-webs, wolf spiders and white-tails actually live and hunt.
Entry-point and interior treatment
Weep holes, door thresholds, garages and internal skirtings treated so wanderers don't end up inside.
Honest identification
If you've seen something concerning, your technician will tell you what it likely was and what that means — no scare tactics either way.

Frequently asked questions
I think I saw a funnel-web. What should I do?
Don't try to catch or handle it. Keep kids and pets away from the area, and call us. If someone is bitten by a large dark spider, treat it as an emergency — apply a pressure bandage, keep still, and call 000. For the property itself, we'll treat the areas funnel-webs favour and reduce the risk of the next encounter.
Why do the webs keep coming back after I clean them off?
Because the spider is still there — knocking down a web is a five-minute inconvenience for the spider that built it. Treatment targets the spider and the surfaces it builds on, which is why professionally treated homes stay web-free for months instead of days.
Will one treatment cover the whole yard?
Yes — a spider treatment covers the house exterior, eaves, fences, gardens and outbuildings. Tell us about any hotspots when you book (sheds, kids' play areas, outdoor furniture) and we'll pay them special attention.
Are spider treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes — we use eco-friendly products safe for kids and pets, applied to the surfaces and crevices spiders use rather than broadcast over play areas. Your technician will let you know if any area needs a short re-entry window.
